Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Jalal Zailachi, an individual sole proprietor (“RallyLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the RallyLink website at rallylink.site, our applications, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using RallyLink you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. The Service is intended for organizing and joining real-world activities among adults.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rallylink.site if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not impersonate others, create accounts by automated means, or use the Service on behalf of anyone who is barred from it.

3. What RallyLink is — and what it isn’t

RallyLink is a platform that helps people discover, host, and join activities organized by other users. We are not the organizer, host, sponsor, or supervisor of any activity listed on the Service, and we do not verify the identity, background, conduct, or safety of any user or activity. Activities are created and run entirely by users. Any interaction, meeting, or transaction between users is solely between those users.

4. Meeting other people — assumption of risk

Using RallyLinkmay lead you to communicate and meet with people you don’t know. You do so at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to follow our Community Guidelines: meet in public places, tell someone where you’re going, and trust your instincts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyLink is not responsible for the conduct of any user or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your interactions or activities.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile details, activity listings, photos, messages — “User Content”). You grant RallyLinka worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights.

You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our discretion.

6. Points (in-app allowance)

The Service uses “points,” an in-app allowance, to create activities, request to join them, and access certain features. Points are not sold on their own and cannot be purchased directly; a Pro subscription includes a monthly allowance as one of its benefits. Points:

• have no monetary value, are not real currency, and are not property;
• are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash;
• are licensed to you for use within the Service and may be adjusted, expired, or discontinued as described in these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When you cancel a pending request to join an activity, points are refunded to your balance according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. RallyLink Pro subscription & billing

RallyLink Pro is an optional paid subscription ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) that unlocks additional features. Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to that provider’s buyer terms and privacy policy, shown to you at checkout.

• Pro renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. The price and period are shown at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period except as set out in our Refund Policy.
• Taxes may be added at checkout by our payment provider depending on your location.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: breaking the law; harassing, threatening, or endangering others; scraping or overloading the Service; attempting to bypass security or the beta access controls; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it to send spam. Full details are in our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The RallyLink name, logo, software, and design are owned by Jalal Zailachi and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your license to use the Service and any points ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including content licenses already used, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnities) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any activity or user is safe, lawful, or as described.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyLink and Jalal Zailachi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or for any injury or harm arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RallyLink and Jalal Zailachi from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
