Common questions

How do I join an activity?

Open any activity from the feed or map and tap “Request to join”. The host approves who comes along, so you’ll get a notification once they respond. Joining costs a few points, which are refunded if the host declines or you cancel.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to your account menu → Manage Pro → “Manage subscription”. That opens the billing portal where you can cancel in one click. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

What are points for?

Points are an in-app allowance used to host activities, request to join, and boost a plan up the feed. They have no monetary value and can’t be cashed out. You earn them for free by checking in daily or watching a rewarded ad, and a Pro subscription includes a monthly allowance.

Someone is behaving badly — what do I do?

Every profile and activity has a report option in its ⋯ menu, and you can block a user from their profile. For anything urgent involving someone’s safety, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from the address on your account and we’ll remove it, along with your activities and messages. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
